Services
GrowthSphere provides digital marketing, social media management, Reddit marketing, community management, content creation, and paid advertising services. Scope is defined in each engagement's Statement of Work.
Payment
Fees are outlined in your plan or SOW and are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause services.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content and assets created for your brand once payment is received. GrowthSphere retains the right to reference completed work in portfolio and case study materials.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthSphere's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
Cancellation
You may cancel with 15 days' written notice. We may terminate for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith before any formal proceedings.
